Many sports and activities are available near to Gentinetta. In Cala Mesquida you can find sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, sausage rides and horse riding. Six kilometres away at Cala Agulla beach you will find sailing, windsurfing, waterskiing, sausage rides and Parascending. Mallorca is a mecca for snorkelling and scuba diving as the water is so clear. From the harbour in Cala Rajada you can go sailing for the day on a yacht, with a first class lunch and plenty of opportunities to swim. There are also fishing trips, glass bottomed boat trips and a hydrofoil service to Menorca. You will also find a multitude of tennis courts. For the more adventurous there are motorbike excursions, jeep safaris, and hot air ballooning. There is also a Go-karting track at Ca'n Picafort. The beginning and end of the season are very popular with birdwatchers, walkers and mountaineers. There is plenty of rockclimbing and caving on the island too. Mallorca is also an extremely popular training ground for cyclists with some very testing roads. There are now three 18 hole Golf Clubs close to Gentinetta, the nearest, Capdepera Golf Club Roca Viva is five kilometres away on the road from Arta to Capdepera. There is a new course at S'era de Pula, with another at Canyamel, both a ten minute drive away. The original short course at Costa de Los Pinos is still very popular.
